The DI WATER GENERATOR has been designed and manufactured for marine appliations to produce demineralised water. It’s resin content is consist of both Cations and Anions. Cation resin replaces all positive ions by hydrogen H+ and Anions resin replaces negative ions by hydroxide OH-. As a result hydrogen and hydroxide generates pure water H2O. With salt content and the conductivity at 0.05 μS/cm and silicia content at 0.02 μS/cm. Filter bottels hold 40 litres resin and their capacity is 200 – 1000 liters/hour

IMPORTANT
The maximum recommended working pressure is 8 bar (120 psi).
This unit is designed for a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (150 psi).
The system has to be frost protected. Temperature range 1 °C – 50 °C.
Temperatures under 4 °C is not suggested.
Spare resin of MB20 can be stored between minus 10 °C – 60 °C.
The mixed bed resin is a polishing resin, to produce ultra pure water from evaporator water as supply. Check the output water quality frequently!
The maximum allowable conductivity: 750 μS/cm.

The pureness of the produced water depends on the supplied water quality and the flow velocity through the filter.
Install a pressure relief valve in your system if there is no effective control of maximum line pressure.
